Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on opened or used makeup products due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
• Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.

Refund Process:

• After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
